Our Founders
People-first leadership.
Our team combines experience in Recruitment, Interviewing, Employee Support and 10+ years of close collaboration with clients from the digital agency field.
Our founder (English teacher by profession) spent years working in Ireland and personally conducted more than 1,000 interviews while recruiting talent and supporting hiring decisions.
Our other founder managed people operations for an airline of more than 400 employees, helping individuals navigate professional and personal challenges throughout their careers.
After building and running a successful creative digital agency for more than 10 years with a UK registered company in Europe, we chose to return to what matters most: helping people create better futures in Ireland.
